Yes. Free Launch costs nothing and isn't a trial — the weekly board, your public product page, upvotes and comments, the maker dashboard, and AI form prefill are free forever. Premium and Premium+ are optional upgrades on top of a launch you'd have anyway.
On a free listing, yes — as long as the reciprocal badge stays installed on your own site. We check for it automatically, and if it goes missing the link switches to nofollow until it's back (nothing is ever deleted). Premium and Premium+ remove that requirement: your backlink stays dofollow with no badge to maintain. Paid placement — ad slots and newsletter sponsoring — is visibility only and is never a dofollow link; those run with rel="sponsored", per search engine guidelines.
