These terms cover what you can expect from LetsLaunch and what we expect from you. They're written to be read, not to be survived — if something here is unclear, ask before you rely on it.
You need a verified account to submit a product. You may list a product you built, own, or are authorised to represent. One listing per product; the same site cannot be listed twice under different names.
Every listing goes live immediately with a dofollow link. It has 24 hours from its launch time to reach 5 qualifying upvotes.
noindex, and its outbound link switches to nofollow. Nothing is deleted, and you get one free relaunch.Upvotes from accounts created shortly before voting still display but do not count toward the threshold. The full mechanic is described on How it works.
Buying votes, trading votes in organised rings, or creating accounts to vote for your own product is not allowed. We may discount votes, remove a listing, or close an account when we see it. We would rather keep the bar low and honest than high and gamed.
You can pay for a featured homepage slot or a sponsored blog post. Payment buys visibility only. It does not buy a dofollow link, it does not influence whether your listing survives its window, and it does not affect ranking within the leaderboards.
Sponsored posts are labelled as partner content and their outbound links carry rel="sponsored", in line with search engine guidelines. Featured slots are labelled as paid placement wherever they appear.
Purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. Featured slots run for the period stated at checkout. If we fail to deliver a slot or a post you paid for, contact us and we will refund it.
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us permission to display it on the site, in listings and leaderboards, and in social previews and the newsletter. We may edit listings lightly for formatting, or remove content that is illegal, deceptive, malware, or plain spam.
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, search rankings, traffic volumes, or any particular outcome from a launch. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Questions about anything here go to the address listed on our contact page.
Note for the site operator: this is a plain-language starting point that describes how LetsLaunch actually behaves. Have a lawyer review and adapt it for your jurisdiction, add your legal entity and contact details, and remove this note before launch.
